Señora Walsh From Peru

My partner and I Samantha planned to make this video about Señora Walsh's transition in to america and how Walsh  teaches her styles from Peru in to her daily teaching schedule but it didn't quiet work out that way she gave us way better answers than we expected so Samantha and I made the video around the great and interesting things she said I think the video turned out great considering we took a whole different scope in the middle of the project!

We took a lot of footage of her in class interacting with her students and her teaching then we took a good 30 minutes interviewing her considering some of that time was prep for the interview (setting up audio and setting up the camera). Once we got done with our interview we came back and combined the footage of her teacher and cut out all of her good answers and made the video in about 2 or 3 hours.

I learned even if you have a scope of a project after you get all the footage it might change and it might take a turn for the best which is good I think its also good that we had enough time to change was so quick we wiped the story up pretty fast considering.

If I could change anything about how I developed the video I would interview one of her students and see how her teaching is and how it has effected her or his spanish. Then maybe another spanish teacher from america and have her talk about Señora Walsh. I think having all those people say those nice things about her would be a great thing for the story.

I would do the setting of the interview in the same place, I would pretty much do everything the same I liked what we did with the project I thought it worked well with the project. Im proud of the video we made and i wouldn't want to change much I liked all of it.

I would draw that never just stick to your first ideas about the story, if you find more things in the process of the video add it will make the video better. Overall I think this was a good video and glad we chose this subject.
